1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phil99 ("Company," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the phil99 online gaming platform, website located at phil99.net, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, bingo, e-sports wagering, video poker, and account management tools.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing any part of the phil99 platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety; (b) you are at least 21 years of age; (c) you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction; and (d) you are not acting on behalf of another person.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phil99 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Jurisdiction

Phil99 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.

2.3 Account Registration

To access real-money features of the phil99 platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes.

Each person may only hold one (1) active account on phil99. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Phil99 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and at other points during the player relationship. You will be required to submit a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID such as a Philippine National ID, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or passport. Additional documentation including proof of address or payment method ownership may be requested. Failure to complete the identity verification process within a reasonable period will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.

2.5 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Phil99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phil99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Currency

All player accounts on phil99 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are processed and displayed in PHP. Currency conversion is not offered.

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

Phil99 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Company reasonably believes that: (a) you have violated these Terms; (b) your account has been involved in fraudulent activity; (c) you have provided false or misleading registration information; (d) you are under the age of 21; (e) continued maintenance of your account poses a legal or regulatory risk to the Company; or (f) you have requested self-exclusion.

Upon account closure under circumstances other than proven fraud or Terms violations, any verified balance in your account will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Phil99 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of up to ₱100 to inactive accounts after this period, provided the account balance permits. Players will be notified via email before any dormancy fee is applied. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player upon request.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to GCash and Maya for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during standard processing hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days depending on the receiving bank. Phil99 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Phil99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

Phil99 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. The Company conducts transaction monitoring and may request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions. Phil99 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Phil99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms applicable to each bonus before accepting it. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus's terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail for the matter in question.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement will be forfeited upon withdrawal request unless the promotion specifies otherwise.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Phil99 actively monitors player accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; using automated software to generate wagers; and systematically exploiting promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, phil99 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the account.

6 Gameplay and Wagering Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the phil99 platform operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. Phil99 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of a game's rules.

6.2 Random Number Generators

All casino games on phil99 that use random number generators (RNGs) — including slot machines, video poker titles such as Jacks or Better, and RNG table games — use certified RNG software that has been independently tested for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are disclosed in the information panel of each game. Phil99 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface or on the relevant sportsbook market. Phil99 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. In the event of a technical error during a wager, all affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to players at the Company's discretion.

6.4 Sportsbook and E-Sports Betting

All sports and e-sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body or event organizer. In the event of a disputed result, phil99 may withhold settlement pending the outcome of any official review process. Phil99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond a defined settlement window, or where the integrity of the event is called into question.

6.5 Technical Malfunctions

Phil99 strives to maintain continuous platform availability. However, in the event of a technical malfunction, system failure, or communication error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, phil99 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the stake to the player. Winnings generated as a direct result of a software malfunction or error are not valid and will not be paid out.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phil99 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account per person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the phil99 platform or its infrastructure
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other financially illicit activity
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party for commercial or syndicate purposes without prior written consent from phil99
• Chargebacks or unjustified payment disputes filed against legitimate transactions

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content obtained from the phil99 platform without prior written permission from the Company. Unauthorized use of phil99's intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phil99 and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the phil99 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Phil99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Phil99 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

11 Privacy and Data

Phil99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Phil99 uses your personal data to process account registrations, verify identity, process transactions, comply with regulatory obligations, and improve the platform experience. Phil99 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Phil99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, phil99 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the change takes effect, unless an immediate amendment is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the phil99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting phil99 support.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and phil99, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to attempt resolution informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in the Philippines.

Phil99 operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Players who believe their dispute has not been resolved fairly through our internal process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through official regulatory channels.
